As a Web Developer Specialist, you will be responsible for building the website & other enablement platforms on WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Build & manage the WordPress based website & other enablement platforms ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance

• Work with the marketing team members to implement technical search engine optimization changes
• Build landing pages and email templates in WordPress and marketing automation platform
• Manage the integrations within the marketing technology stack
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into website, ensuring smooth data synchronization and functionality
• Work with IT team for website hosting and ensure 100% uptime

• Collaborate with designers & content creators to ensure seamless integration of design elements, content, and functionality
• Continuously maintain or improve site performance, staying on top of any technical issues
• Oversee website security, maintain patches and upgrades to mitigate vulnerabilities

Requirements & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin integration, and core functionality modifications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites across devices.
• Understanding of Amazon web services or other cloud services
• Understanding the best SEO practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze requirements and propose optimal solutions.
