What we are building

The Field Marketing team at Domino is seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to be a pivotal partner in our growth trajectory. This role demands a highly collaborative individual who excels at working hand-in-hand with sales teams to drive pipeline, revenue, and deeper relationships with top accounts for Domino. What your impact will be

  • Serve as the partner to Public Sector and Platform teams as well as Partner Marketing. Work together to build and execute a Field Marketing plan for these key verticals focusing on pipeline development
  • Deliver white-glove events and programs targeting data science executives (DSEs) and IT executives (ITE) across top accounts
  • Support 3rd party Platform and partner events including Gartner, AWS Re:Invent, and more
  • Execute account-based marketing initiatives at Domino that support account engagement.
  • Hit and exceed quarterly MQL and pipeline goals

  • Proficiency in key marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Sanity, and 6sense
  • Experience in executive programming and account-based marketing strategies, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with public sector marketing and program management is preferred but not mandatory

The annual US base salary range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
