What we are building

This role is necessary to streamline our low-touch engagement model for Domino customers. They will be responsible for generating and maintaining content and training to engage and support our existing and future customer base.

What your impact will be

  • Take ownership of user engagement programs (e.g., customer webinars) from idea generation through execution and follow up
  • Develop training content for new product offerings to generate engagement & usage
  • Design & execute training & train-the-trainer programs for customers and partners
  • Develop repeatable programs to continuously educate and engage users of the Domino platform.
  • Partner with marketing and customer success teams to ensure we are aligning our customer messaging with overall company positioning

What we look for in this role

Must have:

  • Experience Developing/maintaining training content for SaaS platform
  • Experience with distributed frameworks/systems - Spark, Dask, Ray (Python specific scale-out frameworks)
  • Deep experience with system architecture (preferably in both AWS and on-prem environments)
  • Worked in customer facing roles (important), either consulting or similar role (admin, Sales Engineer, TAM)
  • Data Science backgrounds to understand specific customer terminology
  • Experience closely collaborating with many different internal functions including marketing, product, customer success, and sales, to provide customer engagement programs aligned with our overall company positioning and messaging
  • Being customer-focused, and strong understanding of Domino user persona
  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to large audiences

Nice to have

  • AI/ML experience
  • Kubernetes, but should have an understanding of Containerisation
  • Big Data systems are nice to have, in some shape or form

Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our benefits can be found here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, cost of labor, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
