Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Engineer to join our team at DataCebo. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our sales efforts from the ground up. You will be the technical expert responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical demonstrations, and driving the adoption of the SDV in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small but ambitious team and have a direct impact on the company's success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be the technical expert on the SDV, providing in-depth knowledge of its features and capabilities.
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers, understanding their technical requirements, and effectively conveying the value proposition of the SDV.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing how the SDV can address customer-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with our product development team to understand upcoming features and provide valuable feedback based on customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct pilots with prospective customers to demonstrate the practical benefits of the SDV in real-world scenarios.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Passion for technology, data science, and AI.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a small company environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a rapidly changing environment.
  • 5+ years in sales or a customer-facing technical role is a plus but not required.
