Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team at DataCebo. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers with the SDV. Your mission will be to build strong, long-term relationships with our customers, understand their unique needs, and help them unlock the full potential of our product. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an early-stage startup and make a significant impact on our customers' journey.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the SDV.
  • Lead customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure that customers can leverage the full capabilities of the SDV.
  • Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to our product development team to drive product enhancements.
  • Monitor customer usage and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve the product and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Create and maintain customer success documentation, resources, and best practices.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Enthusiastic about working in an early-stage startup environment with a high degree of ambiguity and the opportunity for rapid growth.
